Each effervescent tablet is individually wrapped in airtight material to ensure maximum benefit. One to two servings a day for maintenance, but up to 4 a day can be used for acute symptoms. Results are dose dependent. Dissolve one tablet in 4-8 ounces of spring water, or purified (preferably not tap water).  Water amount can be adjusted to your personal taste and does not affect the results.

Ingredients: One effervescent tablet contains 600 mg. n-acetylcysteine, (NAC in USA, and ACC in Germany) 500 mg. Vitamin C and mannitol. Also contains sodium bicarbonate, (for the fizzy) and a trace amount of lactose and  saccharine.

Mannitol is a sugar alcohol used for over 60 years for its sweetening, yet low calorie nature. It’s the powder used on gum so it doesn’t stick to the foil. It is a recommended sweetener for diabetics, due its slow absorption . Interestingly, inhaled mannitol is used to help with mucus excretion from lungs.
